Hi! I'm Guillermo Moreno. I'm taking it well, but the fact that we can't go out of our houses makes me feel a little bit stressed. Thankfully, I have a big backyard to breath some fresh air once in a while :) I hope everyone is ok and please, stay at home!!

hi,I´m Daniel Ramiro from 4th ESO A and I´m fine. it sounds boring to be about 15 days at home but it´s the best way to eradicate the coronavirus. I hope this ends soon.
ResponderEliminarHi I´m Laura Román. I´m fine at this time but I´m really bored, I´m taking a new rutine which includes a work out, two hours of study and free time for myself. I hope y´all are ok, and please stay at home!

ResponderEliminarHi! I'm José Manuel Díaz (4º ESO A). I think the coronavirus isn't too dangerous for most of the people (except for old people or ill people) but the fact is that it spreads very fast so I think staying at home for a few weeks it's good. Our doctors and nurses are doing a great job and we need to encourage them, by claping at 8 every day. Here is an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDrnzOPcc24
ResponderEliminarHi I´m Julia Arias from 4A. Being in quarentine is a bit stressful for me since my house is very small, but I´m trying to keep myself entertained by doing daily exercise, calling my friends by video call, studying and setting myself goals to do during these weeks. It's very important to stay at home to protect eldery people or people that have respiratory problems
ResponderEliminarThis web has helped me a lot and gives a lot of information about the coronavirus:

Hi, I´m Ángel Parra. I am fine, I don´t present any symptoms of the virus.
ResponderEliminarI am entertained at home but there are still 15 days left.
Hi, I'm Elena Díaz from 4th ESO A. I'm very good. I think it's not that bad to stay in for two weeks, but it can be stressful, that's why every morning I do some work out. Now I have more time to draw and to play the guitar. I hope you are fine as well.

Hi, good morning everyone, I'm Samuel. I'm good but the problem is that I'm going crazy because I can't go outside. This virus cannot separate us. We have to be stronger than ever
ResponderEliminarHi, I'm Irene (English teacher). Everybody is ok in my family, for the moment. We try to have some routine: have breakfast together, tidy, check Rayuela to see if there ar messages, check and update the blogs, correct the writings some students are sendind. Then my plan is to do some sport following youtubers, suft the internet to read newspapers, read and watch fiction :) and tidy my wardrobes :(
ResponderEliminarOf course, at 20.00 I'll be clapping loudly to say thank you to all the people who have to continue working.
Keep safe, stay at home.
Hi, good morning everyone, I'm Samuel 4ESOA. I'm good but the problem is that I'm going crazy because I can't go outside. This virus cannot separate us. We have to be strongerthan ever. This is how coronavirus is increasing. https://www.google.com/amp/s/elpais.com/sociedad/2020/03/12/actualidad/1584000830_523359.amp.html
ResponderEliminarHi I'm Alejandro Gragera serradilla (4 E.S.O A).
ResponderEliminarI think that the coronavirus isn't very dangerous as the social media says.
Personally I'm having a bad time here in my home because it's too bored and you don't have nothing to do except the exercises that the teachers send you and that's more boring.
Hi! I'm Isabel Martín Pérez from 4eso A, and for me, being in quarantine is really stressful because I'm used to go out almost everyday, so staying at home so long is very difficult. However, during this time I'm doing a lot of excercise to stay fit and I'm watching series to not get bored too. Also, I live in a flat so everyday we lean out the windows and clap to show our gratitude to all the people working in the hospitals and we talk to the neighbours and play music, that helps a lot to be a bit happier.
ResponderEliminarThe situation we are going through is difficult for everyone, but it will pass and everything will be normal again, so we have to be patient and stay at home, and not for us, for all the elder people.
Hi, I'm Pablo Roncero from 4eso A. Me and my family are fine, unless ... it's a joke we are all fine. I am a little bored and there are still 15 days ahead but everything is for the good of the people and this we all have to face together, have, spread positivity and I hope that the families of my friends as well as those of my teachers and everything the world is well, see you in 15 days. ANDRÁ TUTTO BENE
ResponderEliminarHello, I'm José, the blue-haired teacher of maths.
ResponderEliminarWe are alright. I'm using my home time to play some videogames I had in my "to play" list. Yesterday I started an RPG called Octopath Traveler. It's so great!
There are also a lot of artists that are playing their music online from their houses. One of my favourite ones, Jesús Bienvenido, played last night. I let you the link for you to listen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RHOmsHS7m-E
Have a nice day! ♥
Hi, I´m David González from 4A.
ResponderEliminarMy family and I are good but we could be better going outside.
I spend time with my family talking, watching series and playing wii games.
Personally, I am so happy because people in Spain are taking this quarantine with humour. Here is an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRNr0E5_HWM
HI guys, everything has changed in the last days. Honestly, I think these weeks ahead are gonna be a bit hard, but with a " little bit of work, exercise, studying, reading , social media sites, series, patience and quite a lot of smiles to our families and friends ( on line, of course), it will be overcome!!!! ResponderEliminarHi, I´m Jaime Vicente, 4ºA
ResponderEliminarI´m ok and my family is ok, but stay at home for 15 days (maybe more) can be boring, but we have to erradicate this virus. A good thing is that I spend time with my family. I´m not taking this bad, we have to take this with humour. I spend my time basically watching series on Netflix or playing videogames, and of course doing homework. I hope this will end soon.

Hi, I'm Lucía Borrego, from 4th ESO A.
ResponderEliminarI feel very calm about this situation. I believe that the rules we have to follow are very simple and, thanks to everyone’s cooperation and the great work that is being done in hospitals, we will sooner or later be able to put an end to this virus.
At the moment my family and I are all well. Now we're doing a lot of things together in home and that's a positive thing for me about this quarantine. We're cooking together, doing some sport, playing and also doing some homework. I'm not scared at all of this virus and I’m taking it with patience and following the rules we’ve been recommended to avoid infection.
Here I leave you an image of why is washing your hands so important.

Hi guys! I'm Clara Pavón, 2° Bach A. In my family, we are doing a great job! My sister and I stay At home while my parents try to organise a schedule to go to the supermarket and make sure my grandmas have all the stuff that they need. We have set a routine where we work in morning time , as we used to do when we were At highschool. That Way, we have the afternoon to watch and discover new series or movies that we didn't know about. This is the song that cheers me up when I think about staying these fifteen days At home:https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=SJcm2dLUjVo

ResponderEliminarHi guys!! I´m Paula Villegas from 4ºA.
ResponderEliminarWe are very well although a little boring because we don't know what to do. The good thing about quarantine is the time you spend with your family creating new memories and saving lives by not going outside.
I feel that we are going to overcome this whole situation, all being a little responsible.
Please don't leave home, just think of the people most vulnerable to this virus.
Hello everyone! I'm Jorge Durán (4º ESO A). My family and I are healthy and we haven't got any sympton. I'm fine, but a bit bored and like if I were in prison. I'm really looking forward to go outside one day. Unfortunatelly, I don´t have a garden in my house to feel free.
ResponderEliminarPlease, take care. I hope you are all well!!

Hi, I’m Pablo Hoyo Saucedo from 4ºESO-A.
ResponderEliminarFor the moment in my family we are all very well and I hope we continue like this.
This quarantine is necessary and I hope we can make the virus not spread anymore.
The fact that I'm not allowed to go outside, it's very strange, but I think that's what we have to do. For the time being I’m not getting it so bad.
I hope you are all well and that this happens quickly and we can return to our daily routine.

Antonio Salas 16-03-2020Hi guys, how are you? Let me recommend a basic exercise circuit at home to keep you in shape. Do you remember the last listening?. Was it a premonition?.
ResponderEliminarLet's start with some stretching. Then organize the following list of exercises as you like. Remember to alternate leg, arm, abdomen and cardio exercises.
1. Push-ups
2. Sit-ups
3. Pull-ups (you´ll need a metal or a thick wooden bar)
4. Lunges
5. Squats
6. Liift free weight with dumbells, kettlelbells, etc.
and some cardio
1. Jumping jacks
2. Run in place
3. Jump rope
Prepare 8/10 stations with different exercises. In each station you are going to be about 20 seconds. Go from one station to another without rest until you complete the circuit
Rest for 3 to 5 minutes. Repeat the circuit 3/5 times. You can do it 3/4 times a week.
At first I had planned to make a video myself, but I have not shaved and I prefer to send a link so that you can follow the class. Only 20 minutes ..
Be patient

A lot of people are giving the best to solve this situation and they are telling us to stay at home, so if each one of us puts their grain of sand I'm completely sure that we'll get pass this.
Fortunatelly my family feels great and I hope that nobody else gets infected.

Hi, I am Marcos Campos González, from 2ºBACH D,
ResponderEliminarI am posting on this blog to talk about my life at home. I have to admit that not many things have changed in my daily life since in the absence of meeting friends face to face, we make calls and talk on the phone for a long time. Also, I get up at the same time as if I were going to class and I take advantage of the morning with the homework that teachers send by Gmail, Rayuela or Google Drive. However, I'm bored of staying at home all day without being able to go outside.
Fortunately, nobody in my family contracts the coronavirus, or so I think. For now we are all as good as gold. My father spends the day exercising in the garden and he is the one who goes outside to buy food, therefore he is the most endangered of the family. Meanwhile, my mother tries to keep clean and tidy not only the living room, but also all the other rooms of the house. Finally, my sister, like me, studies most of the day in her room but as soon as we have a little time out we start to watch series on Nexflix.
These days in which we are living enclosed is not only affecting our lives, but also the country's economy, which is getting worse. I hope that by the end of this summer the presence of this virus will have disappeared. So, please, stay at home.
Hi! I'm Helena Sanz from 2°(ESO)C. I'm feeling better, i'm getting acostumed. I have a big garden so i can stay there, but i miss my friends. Hope for everyone :)

ResponderEliminarHello, I am Ismael Cortés. This situation is costing me and I would like to be able to leave. I hope this will be resolved quickly if we all do what the professionals tell us.
ResponderEliminarHi!I´m Enrique Miguel Rodríguez from 2ºBach D.
ResponderEliminarRight now my family and i are fine, but when it all started, the first days were horrible, because i did not know what to do or knew what was going to happen, but apart from that i am already better.
Now i have my study timetable so i do not miss the rhythm off class and i also have time to play videogames and watch series and movies.
We are forbidden going outside, but since i have a dog, i have to take it for a walk and thanks to that i can go outside for a couple of minutes.
I hope this end soon to return to normal and to see my friends face to face.
A big hug for everyone.
Hi! It´s Angélica Soleto from 2º BACH D.
ResponderEliminarHow are you? I hope you are fine. If you told me about this quarentine, I wouldn´t believe you… This is a stressful situation for me because i´m just thinking everytime about my academic future. I know i should focus on study and rightly, i do it.
However i have got a tiny free time to do sport at home or read some book in afternoons, so it isn´t too horrible. Also i make a dadly timetable to organize all the subjects.
People feel uncomfortable but staying at home is the best way of getting rid of Coronavirus. I think It will be dissapeared with patience.
I send you a huge hug for this isolated time. We Will see son, don´t worried friends!
Hi! I'm Laura Durán Fernández from 2°BACH D,
ResponderEliminarI think this it's quite a difficult situation for everyone. We are used to leaving our house either to go shopping, go to school or go out with your friends.
At the moment, it's a stressful situation since they send us many things and we have to bring them up to date so that they don't accumulate.
What worries me most is the EBAU since it's a test in which you have to know everything very well in order to get the necessary grade and enter into the degree you want. However, I'm very organized and I think I carry everything more or less well. Now, we only have to wait patiently for this quarantine and return to the real routine.
Meanwhile, stay at home!
Hi, everyone. I'm Andrés Mayz from 1 BCH. F. I just want to reaffirm how important this issue is and that we should take it seriously, following the recommendations of specialists, such as washing your hands, not being too close to people; and more importantly, staying at home while complying with quarantine. We must remember that this is a pandemic and we take these measures to protect ourselves and others; especially the lives of older people, like our grandparents. We have to stay positive thinking that we will be back as before.
ResponderEliminarBe safe.
Hi I'm Laura Martín Díaz from 1 BCH F . I think that we should listen to the authorities so that the coronavirus ends as soon as possible and we can return to normal life
ResponderEliminarHappy stay at home
Hi. I'm Pablo Muñoz from 2 BACH A. My family and I are very well. At the beginning of the quarantine, I thought this was going to finish early, but the government says it may last until April. So, I have decided to study every day and do the homework that the teachers send us. In this way, quarantine will affect us as little as possible and we can continue with a study habit and avoid wasting time. Also, thanks to the quarantine, I have more time to watch my favorite series, and also to sleep 😊. Even so, I hope this situation ends as soon as possible, and let's get back to normality quickly.
ResponderEliminarSo please, stay at home.

Hello everybody, Ana Borrella from 1st year of Bachillerato here! This quarantin is probably being a little overwhelming for all of us but with some patient and a good "to do list" we´ll find the way to get over this all together without getting bored, including homework, crafts making or just chilling with a good film ;)
ResponderEliminarHello people, I am Ismael Díaz from 1st year of Bachillerato F. I know that the quarantine is very boring and sometimes we want to go out and meet our friends but we must to stay at home. Hey all! This is Marco Antonio from 1st year of Bachillerato F. My daily routine during the confinement consists on doing homework and studying several subjects. I hope you are all doing okay and don't let it bring you down. See you soon!
ResponderEliminarHello everyone. I don´t consider the quarantine as bad as some people say. To be at home for two weeks can be stressful, but if a good schedule is kept up it is not such a great problem. It can help to do things we have never had time for. Regards,

ResponderEliminarI am Natalia Gomez from 2nd ESO B. These days of quarantine I am very anxious to be at home all day and for all the tasks they have sent us, I hope this ends soon. I hope you are all well.
Hello partners! I'm Pablo Holgado Durán from 2nd BCH D.
ResponderEliminarI hope you are all well and you are going through this quarantine as well as possible. They are hard days but with patience and union we will overcome them.
My experience this quarantine is not really bad, since I started 2nd BCH I have been practicing haha. The only difference is that my family is at home and I don't go to lessons, but everything remains the same. I spend time studying and advancing topics for EBAU, sleeping a lot, reading and watching series.
On the other hand, I also have to say that my whole family is fine and the coexistence is being very good. We are dividing house chores and even now we are fighting to see who goes out to take out the rubbish, to buy or to take the dog out.
To conclude, I would like to highlight the work that those who are exposed to the virus are doing so that the rest of society can continue surviving in this situation, and also highlight the work of all of us who are staying at home fulfilling our role within the society.
Greetings and see you soon!
Hi, I´m alive. For now...

ResponderEliminarHi! I´m Julia Pérez Silveira from 2 BACH D.
ResponderEliminarI´m going to talk about my situation in this quarantine. The first few days I was taking a break from all the stress of the lessons, I talked a lot with my brother ,I have seen many movies and series that I had not finished yet and I´m spending time with my family.
We are all fine and we don´t have symptoms and that relieves me a lot from this strange situation that we are having to live.I miss being with my friends because talking to them by video call is not the same.I hope this will return to normal and see you all perfectly at the high school.;)
Stay at home!!
I'm Álvaro Donoso Gómez from 1Bach F. My experience with the quarentine is difficult because there are few things to do at home. All of us wish go out home but we must be responsable and patient until this finish as soon as posible. Ser you soon
ResponderEliminarHi guys! I´m Javier Sánchez from 2º Bach D.
ResponderEliminarThese first days of quarantine haven´t been that hard, but I think the situation is going to get worse. We have loads of work to do to compensate the lack of the lessons and, as we can´t spend our free time outside, I'm beginning to feel tired of being at home the whole day.
But my family and I are trying to stay positive and look for the upsides of this disaster. We´re spending a lot of time together and having fun.
I hope everyone is fine and I encourage everybody to stay at home so we can return to our normal life as soon as possible.

ResponderEliminarHi! I'm María Rama from 2°BACH D
I think this situation is a little bit complicated for all of us because we can't go anywhere, if we go out, the police might stop us and ask us where we are going and this is a bit scary.
For me, this is a stressful situation, I'm thinking about my future and what will happen with EBAU.
Teachers have sent a lot of things to do during the lockdown, so we have to continue studying and doing homework. It's time to catch up with work!
Also this quarantine I'm spending time with my family and every day I make a video call to see my grandparents and ask them how they are.
I hope we can return to normal soon meanwhile we have to stay home!
Hi agian!!!
ResponderEliminarYesterday it was the father´s day. I make a biscuit of carrrot and chocolate chips. My family and my teach to my brother play parchis. ANd I play a tournament of ``clubes pro´´ in fifa 20 with two friends.
Hello! I´m María Marín González, from 2º E.S.O B.
ResponderEliminarAt first, I was a little scared, I guess like everyone.
The first few days seemed a little heavy. But now I have made a schedule and it is much better:
-In the morning homework and study.
-In the afternoon, homework that I have to do, sports and family games.
Little by little it has become more bearable. And on the one hand I like that about working at home, in my room, with my laptop ...
Now what we have to do is be responsible and pay attention to what the Health Authorities tell us, so that together we can win this battle.
ResponderEliminarHi, I'm Nicolás Gómez from 3º ESO D, I'm not having a good or bad time but I feel a little overwhelmed by being locked up all the time.
Hello! I'm Raquel García Barra from 2ºBACH D.
ResponderEliminarI think the situation we are experiencing is strange because we are used to leaving the house and going to the high school in the morning. For me this days are a bit boring and monotonous.
In this quarantine we should take advantage of reviewing, make progress with the different subjects and do the homework that the teachers are sending us by mail.
We must follow all the instructions given by the Ministry of Health.
I hope we can return to our normal life soon, meanwhile stay at home!
Hi! I'm Rebeca from 1BACH A.
ResponderEliminarWhen they announced we were in a state of alert I didn't believe it, I said: this is a movie!
For me it is a little hard not being able to get out but you really find things to do. It's time to fix closets and house and spend time with the people closet to us.
Anyway, I hope to get back to normality soon.
For now we have to stay at home and take care of us.
Hi partners and teachers! Today is friday and for this reason I'm a bit happy. We are in our 6th quarantine's day. Cheer up! We can resist this situation. Enjoy your weekend with your family. Lorenzo Villanueva from 1st E.S.O.
ResponderEliminarHi! I'm Daniela Carballo López from 2ºD ESO.
ResponderEliminarThis days can be a little bored, but it's necessary to stop the virus.
Fortunately, I'm fine and all my friends and my family it's okay, but many people it isn't okay and this is the reason to stay at home. It's important don't waste our time too. Make our homework of the high school and help to our parent's it's important, but it is also spend our time in whit ourselves. I'm drawing, writing, reading, watching movies or series, playing video games and talking with my friends or my family through video calls. Let's hope this happens soon.
A strong hug and remember: #StayAtHome and Andrá tutto bene
Hi, I'm Irene Parra from 2ESO D. I'm fine, I do a lot of things at home, but sometimes I'm very bored. I want to go out and visit my grandparents.
ResponderEliminarHi, I'm Irene Azabal Amarilla, from 3ºE.S.O D.
ResponderEliminarAt first I was confused and relaxed at the same time.
Then I felt very stressed about not being able to leave the house.
It is a strange experience to be in quarantine.
I hope this ends soon and we can continue with our daily lives.
Hi! I'm Jaime Márquez Ávila from 2°Bach D.
ResponderEliminarIn my opinion, this is a very worrying situation, because people are dying and it has directly affected our country, so we are also at risk.
In these days of quarantine, I'm taking the opportunity to be with my family, study, play video games, make video calls with my friends... And most importantly, to be at home, paying attention to what the experts send. Following their recommendations we'll succeed together.
Hi! I’m Noelia Lemus Macarro from 2º Bach D.
ResponderEliminarI think this is a quite difficult situation for everyone, but it is the best way to solve this pandemic. A few days ago we were living our daily routine, we are used to leaving our house either to go shopping, go out with our friends, go to school or travel to anywhere, but now we can only go to shop food, go to the pharmacy and our parents go to work.
I feel good at the moment, but sometimes I’m so stressed by all the things that teachers send us, and to be at home all day, it’s too difficult to me because I love being on the street.
On the other hand I take the opportunity to get fit, dance, watch movies and series, cooking with my mother and learn new things for which I hadn’t had time before. In my opinion spending time with your family and do exercise, like zumba is the best way to enjoy this days, and it’s healthy.
I miss my friends very much, I am in contact with them virtually, but it’s not the same as being face to face. I hope that all this finish as soon as possible and we return to our normal life.
Good afternoon, I'm Javier Gallego from 1ºD
ResponderEliminarI hope that you are well. We are fine. I stay at home without leaving home since last Friday.
Everything will be fine.

ResponderEliminarFirst of all, good morning, I'm David Polo, from 2° bach D.
ResponderEliminarI wanted to tell you about the difficulty of staying in quarantine. Spain is a country in which we all like to take to the streets because that is how our culture is and the climate usually accompanies.
For this reason, I think that it is especially difficult for us to stay at home, in addition to what it means to paralyze activities as important as education.
In my opinion we must think positively, although we must make many sacrifices, we can think that we have a lot of time that we can use to read a good book, watch a movie, just think or of course, study
This measure is unprecedented but I have to say that it is very necessary, to save our lives and the lives of others. One thing I especially like is the kindness I am seeing, most people follow the prompts and are understanding.
I trust that thanks to this effort everything will go well, andrá tutto bene.
Hi! I'm Nerea Muñoz Morgado from 2° BACH D.
ResponderEliminarFrom my genuine point of view, I firmly believed that we are passing through a really difficult experience for almost everyone. It seems like a shock this radical change of lifestyle as de have passed from a social life to an isolated one. It's being a traumatic exprience due to the fact that Spaniards are used to have a relaxed life.
Sencodly, from my own esperience, this first week of quarantine it has not been as hard as I thought at first. I did not have many difficulties. Moreover, I have been lucky that I could go shopping a few times to be able to cook for lunch and dinner.
As other activities I have been doing, I am currently doing some excercise un order to keep fit and to be a little distracted. On the other hand, I miss a lot my closed friends but, at least, I've been able to keep in contact virtually and to do some chatting.
I hope that this little share of my own experience can help to anybody.
Hi!I'm Adriana Bote Vásquez from 2ESO C.This is a situation that we have never lived before. At point that we can go outside to walk. When I wake up I feel like we're on holidays but then I remember the real reason why we're all in our houses and I feel panic and empathy as well for all those families that are suffering, but I keep calm and I try to see the positive side of all is happening such as I spend more time with my family. The days pass and the only thing that distracts us are board games.I hope that all this situation finish as soon as possible and we return to our normal life.
ResponderEliminarHi, I'm Rafael Perez Sanchez 2 ESO B.

Hello world! I am taking advantage of this quarentine to learn cooking. Yesterday I made some bread, on Father's day I made pancakes, and everyday I try to help in everything I can. I think we are living an historic time, although it is a very boring historic time, I want to leave soon, see my friends again, play basketball,... But I also know that my grandparents need to be safe, because this ill, covid19, is very dangerous for them, so stay at home, stay healthy.

ResponderEliminarHi, I’m Juan Pablo Márquez from 2 Bach D
ResponderEliminarFrom my point of view, this experience is being quiet difficult since, as almost everybody, it’s something I have never experienced before.
On the one hand, I’m not absolutely bored because, nowadays, we have lots of things to entertain ourselves. Moreover, I have plenty of study for these days. On the other hand, I miss activities that I used to do in my free time, such as playing basketball. The reason why is that I’ve doing this sport daily since I was five. Right now, the only thing I can do outside is going shopping.
I hope this confinement is solved properly so as I can return to my life as soon as posible.
Sincerely, I even want to go to school...
Hello! I'm Miguel and I’m in second year, in my last year of school.
ResponderEliminarAt the moment I am tired of being at home, I only go out to make the purchase. I spend most of the time making video call with my friends, playing games by the internet such as playstation, studying and doing the homeworks that my teachers send me by mail, watching series and movies with my family and listening to music. Sometimes, when my sister is on the mood, we cook for our parents, yesterday we did something similar as the ice cream of Burger King, and the rest of the days I usually cook chips for my family.
I hope this does not last much longer because I am not a person who likes to be at home.
At the moment I am healthy, I do not have the coronavirus. This situation is so hard not just for the population of the whole world, also for the economy of a lot of countries, specially Spain, in my opinion it will affect a lot in the future
I'm Javier Gallego from 1st ESO D.
ResponderEliminarGood afternoon.
